Every new company starts EMPTY and is isolated by company ID. Your existing Cash Manager data is not copied or mixed.

The link is generated from the company name, for example: https://cash.techlodge.net/c/abc-insurance. You can edit the name/link later without moving or mixing its data.

Import PC Backup

Use the .db file created by the Backup button in the original Windows Cash Manager. Preview the backup, then choose exactly how it should affect this company.

Replace safety: Replace Cloud Data requires typing REPLACE after Preview. It never deletes company users, license, Superuser, audit history or another company.

Not imported: PC users/passwords, PC license, and old attachment files. Cloud users remain controlled by Techlodge Superuser.

Categories

Create and manage categories here. Subcategory is entered manually when adding a transaction and is remembered automatically. Limits are separate: Income 60 categories / 60 subcategories; Expense 60 categories / 60 subcategories.
